For example, we may uncover rot once we open up exterior walls that is not visible until we start demolition. If this happens, we will immediately let you know what we find and explain your options. We will discuss the next steps and costs before moving forward.

  • It depends on condition, budget, and how long you plan to stay in the home. We’ll help you compare options so you can choose the most cost-effective path that aligns with your goals. Typically, a repair will fix an isolated issue such as a water leak. Replacing may be the solution if something is not performing it’s best or you want an upgrade, such as a fence replacement.
